In the enchanted forest we see Oberon and Titania during a marital quarrel. A close friend has entrusted her child to Titania on her deathbed. Oberon is deadly jealous of the attention Titania gives the child and orders Puck, his forest elf, to collect the sap of a magic plant. If this magical sap is dripped into someone's eyes, the person will fall in love with the first living creature they see when they wake up.
A Midsummer Night's Dream by Shakespeare in the mix with The Fairy Queen by Henry Purcell. A journey full of surprising encounters in the overwhelming nature and the dark corridors of Fort Rijnauwen.

met de auto Parkeren op Fort Rijnauwen is niet mogelijk. Je kunt parkeren bij het Theehuis en dan nog 500 meter lopen.
met het ov vanaf Utrecht Centraal de tram naar de Uithof halte padualaan. Vanaf daar is het 2 kilometer lopen. (30 minuten)
Vanuit Amersfoort: neem bus 202 naar de Uithof.

Bad weather scenario
If the opera is cancelled due to force majeure or bad weather conditions and the opera has not played for more than 30 minutes, the opera will be postponed to the next Thursday. You are not entitled to a refund.
